Hello, In previous months, I could change my SIM card plan and there were many different plans available on the site and I could use the 6-month discount, but now there are only 2 plans available and none of them include the discount. I wanted to ask what I need to do to use the 6-month discount?

@saeidzm   It’s probably why they are not available to you at this time.   The contract is for a set time and you keep changing it to get the six month discount.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
