I am still being charged for my device after repeated messages and calls to ee after the contract ended in November 2025
I still have 6 months left to pay on the SIM but the actual device was paid up on the 18th Nov 2025. I have called and been passed around every dept. And tried and failed with their online chat. Anyone else had this and can I be refunded the extra month's I've paid out with the contract??

EE's traditional mobile contracts have no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the total bundled contract. There may however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 30 days of your contract term.
These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.

A minimum-term ending in Nov 2025 would have probably been taken out around Nov 2023, that was long-after FlexPay was introduced.
You've mentioned being your contract ending in Nov 2025, but do you mean that it ended because you'd given cancellation notice? Or that the minimum-term had ended (but the contract itself still continued)?
If you were on a FlexPay plan, which has been the default for several years now, you would have 2 separate & independent contracts..
1: A rolling agreement for your airtime & usage, with minimum-term. Effectively a SIM-only.
2: A fixed-term finance loan for your device repayments, which naturally ends once repaid.
