How to obtain numbers call and received from a bill

I can access my bill from Jan 2022 I need to know what calls I made numbers and received and to and incl May 2022 - are you able to help please

Only if you have purchased Itemised Billing at £2.50 pm. It is not retrospective.

Even with Itemised Billing you can't see normal non-chargeable incoming calls.
