Good morning, 

I have one problem with my refund  iPhone.

I have to send my old IPhone , and I send it on 9/11/2023, but the EE send my before two days one email cause he don’t receive my phone, and if I don’t send it before 21 November , they are charging me on my next bill with 440£. 
But me I send it I have and my receive for post office , where I pay 8,84 £ fast delivery. What I have to do , please let me know. Thank you!

Hi I have a contract with use and one off the phones keeps saying no service when it should have I have tried to switch off and on the phone , reset the network and also tried to take out the sim in and out twice.

So I don’t no why this is happening do you no why?
