Would love if someone from management picks this up. Have had 2 phone calls with EE business in the last 60 mins. The first phone call was a complete waste of both my time and the the salesperson at the other end of the phone.
Not being able to admit defeat I then phoned back 15 mins later and talked to a lovely chap called Caelan. He was great, proactive, helpful and able to sort my issue out within the length of the phone call. If I was his boss I would be getting him lined up for promotion.
Having been both a personal and business client of EE since 2001 after the first phone call today I was ready to look elsewhere as the person I spoke to was not overly helpful in their advice and information. Caelan's phone call with me should be used as a great example of how to help a client when they are very clearly needing to sort things within their own business and need it sorted quickly and efficiently.
