How to close account of deceased parent?

Hello, my Mum had a mobile broadband account.  She died in June and I closed the DD in her bank account.  Because she was out of the contract period I assumed this would stop the service.  But we're now receiving demand letters.

No help articles refer to this situation.  I would like to contact by email, but that isn't offered.

Anyone know the procedure please?

@coffeehound   sorry for your loss,

just cancelling a direct debit doesn’t terminate a contract even if it’s out of contract as it’s on a 30 day rolling contract once the minimum term has been reached.   Have a read of THIS  and it’ll guide you on what your need to do

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
