How do I remove my direct debit and pay via a credit/debit card?

Do you have a pay monthly contract?
If so, you can update your payment method if you log into your My EE account online and select Bills and Payments 🙂

When I go to "EE account online and select Bills and Payments", it allows me to cancel and set up a new direct debit or to change a direct debit. But there I cannot see an option to pay by credit card instead. Can you be more specific, please?

You would need to cancel the direct debit then make a payment using the credit card each month.

I'm trying to change my payment card as the old expired and when I go here My EE account online > Bills and payments it just tells me an error occurred. And EE are not picking up the phone so I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. Anyone have ideas? thanks!
