How to cancel contract from overseas with no mobile connection.

Hi, why is there no way to contact via email, webchat etc. I have no connection other than through a ships satellite. So paying full the full works but unable to use as out of signal. I should be able to cancel an out of contract service with some verification. Thanks for any Help. Cheers
