How do I update my address myself? The option does not exist under my profile

Hi @Josejima,

Welcome to the EE Community

If you login to the EE website, select Manage> Mobile and SIMs, there should be an address option if you scroll down where you can click Change address. Our help page has a direct link to login to the Mobile and SIMs page as well if you are unsure.
