How do I see an itemized bill please need to go back to early last year

You can only see an itemized bill from earlier if you were paying for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm at the time.

I do not believe the above is helpful at all.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY TO SEE MY OWN BILL?

Moreover, what you are saying is that we should not question the bills that you issue, and we need to pay should we wish to verify the amount  YOU state we have used. This is absurd and nothing more than blatant greed to charge customers for itemized billing when that is the only evidence that exist to verify usuage.

I have been using this Orange / EE for many decades, and felt safe in the knowledge i could access itemized billing to verify my phone usuage. 

I refuse to pay £2.50 per sheet and it would be interesting to hear what others think as no doubt there are many platforms with EE users who like me are not aware.

 

@Tixcankal : You don't have to pay to see your own bill. What I was referring to above was Itemised Bills where you would see in addition the nos. you have called & texted within your allowance. the diff in the billed amount would be zero.
