Hi, so I ordered a sim only and as soon as I got to check out they did the credit search and then said we will contact you within 48 hours for additional information. Then less than a minute later I got my pre-contractual email, and then another email confirming my order was successfully placed with my plan details. I placed this order on Thursday and haven’t heard anything since so was wondering if anyone could help? Thanks

Is this a new contract or an upgrade? If a new contract, then you will receive the SIM card by second class mail, but if an upgrade, then you should see the upgrade in the app.
