How do I find out who my account holder is?

I have no idea who my account holder is. I believed it was my mum, however when her and I logged into her account my phone number was not listed under her account either. I have called and they explained to me they cannot tell me who it is. Can someone please help?

For security reasons, our Customer Care Team won't be able to give you any information about the account until they speak to the account holder and ask them some security questions.

Has your Mum tried calling?

@mattsmyth98   When you login into the account it’ll show how the account holder it’s under profile.   You need to do this online

Go into Yre my EE online account and click menu in top right , then click account settings and then manage numbers it should tell you there who is account holder
