How do I find out what the extra charges on my bill are for?

Hello,

My plan is for £25/month but most months I'm charged at least a few extra pounds which on my online bill are just listed under 'extra charges' and when I try to follow the thread for 'see more detail on these charges' it doesn't lead to any answers, justs ays vague things like 'This is either a charge for something that's not included in the monthly price of your plan - or it's a credit that we owe you, for things like overpayments and refunds.'

What are these charges for??

Also this month, my 'regular charges' went up from £25 to £26.96 with no explanation. Why has this happened?

Thank you

@Sam4563  Have you looked at your bill breakdown?   It will say what the out of allowance charges are.

Hi @Chris_B thanks for your reply. Yes I looked at my bill breakdown and all it says is:  'This is either a charge for something that's not included in the monthly price of your plan - or it's a credit that we owe you, for things like overpayments and refunds.'

It doesn't give any further details unfortunately.
