Bill not generated yet (two days late)

My bill was supposed to generate on 4th March. I got a message in the app telling me it was ready to view, as usual.

The bill isn't there though, but the Flex part of my bill is showing correctly. 

Not a new contract or a recent upgrade. Nothing should have chnaged from last month to this month.

Haven't been able to call in due to work, but anyone able to shed some light on it at all?

If it’s any consolation that’s why I’m here, I’m also billed on the 4th & nothing for March too!
