How do I find out the date when I first opened an account/signed my contract?

@CETC  Open the my EE app click shop then all products.  You’ll then see when you started this contract and when it’s minimum term date is

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you are on contract, take a look at your My EE account. It will tell you when your current contract started. If it's a previous contract you need to know about, our Mobile Care team will be able to help you.
