I can't get into sections on my phone because message says I need to contact the bill payer, but I am the bill payer! What should I do to resolve this?

@Petershuttlewor you need to logon to your online EE account and change your account user status from user to bill payer.

@Petershuttlewor : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
