How can I put a name against each of my mobile numbers on my account page

I have a number of Sims on 1 account and want to name each on my account page so I can see who is spending the most each month.  I could do this easily on BT but since moving to EE the names have gone missing.

@mooreda you need to allow the my EE app to have access access to your contacts on your device.. Obviously you will need the names and numbers of the numbers that are on your account to populate onto my app which then will show them on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same problem. I have 4 SIM cards assigned to my account. How can I give a name to each SIM card in the EE app, so I know who has which SIM card?

Allow the EE App to have Contact access on your phone and it will show as whatever they are saved as in your contacts.

Hi @shymoto.

Welcome to the community.

If you log into your EE app then go to Profile, Settings and Permissions, App settings, Sync phone contacts, is this showing as being turned on?

Debbie 🙂

My problem is not that I cannot see who was called.
I want to assign names to the different SIM card holders.

@shymoto    The EE app uses the contracts in your phone book to name the different numbers on account with the names from your contacts in your phone book on your device.      The EE app needs access to your phone book on your device.    If the number in your phone book matches the number on the EE app in your account it’s gets the name of that person in your phone book and puts it on your EE account.    Remove the access and it goes back to just the number.
