Higher Bills again

Message from EE, my bill is going to increase by 10%, I have 3 devices on the account. When i last spoke to them in July 2023 it was to reduce my outgoings, like a prat i ended up paying more, because the SIM for wifes tablet was increased to unlimited data, while the mobiles were increased to 120gb. My fault for being taken in, monthly bill jumped by £20.

My contract was also increased to 24 months, I now want to get out and move to another provider.  any help?

Contractually you agreed to a minimum term of 24months at your agreed price point including annual price rises. If you wish to cancel, you may do so but would need to pay early cancellation charges broadly equivalent to your remaining subscription coss.

Any contract you agreed to via telesales or online means, also came with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return.

@oldnsowdrop , I would suggest taking a look here, this will explain the price rise that happens every year:
