I m customer for almost 4 years. Some days ago I had another contract with EE but the people of the shop EE can't to give me my new phone because my passport expired 2 weeks ago. I'm very disappointed about that because my passport has my picture and I have my phone with me when EE sent me a pin to show them. Can you help me please to take my new mobile please? I'm not English. I'm Greek. Thank you.

Do you have any other form of ID?
The store will ask for ID when you go to pick up your order.
