I changed my phone number a few months and am now paying for my own bills but it says I am not the account holder and I cannot do anything on the app or on the website everything is blocked or inaccessible and it is ridiculous at this point nothing will work at all I can only log in and that’s it

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
