@jenny_79 : Did she order a mobile router but failed the credit check? If so, her upfront payment will be refunded to her bank a/c in due course.

@jenny_79 , you will have to ring customer service, there is no email to contact EE you have to ring them either by using 150 on your phone, or here are ways to contact them:

https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile

There is no account access so you do need to ring them, and if you have a mobile contract with EE, then you can use live chat if someone is available.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You need to raise this with CS urgently to discuss a repayment arrangement if you can't pay your bill on time - see Help if you can't pay your bill

I been email them completely from EE

@jenny_79 , not sure how you have been emailing EE, as there is no email to contact customer service and has never been.

There is live chat, phone calling or slow mail. I find ringing customer service, the best option, personally.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
