EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@RakX  your contract at the minimum term date changed to 30 day rolling contract until you give notice to terminate or port  your number to a different network.    I’ll hazard a guess that you didn’t do ether and just started a new contract with a different network and have a different number now.  You need to call EE customer support and give 30 days notice of termination.

No i was with BT that changed to EE i had broadband with them.When i
changed providers EE sent email saying sorry ur leaving then another saying
to return equipment n that it has now ended

You mean you ordered from another ISP, doing it thro' uSwirch website but you never actually cancelled with EE? Hence your contract with EE is still live & therefore you are still being charged monthly by EE.

EE emailed me saying its stopped n to return the kit
