  • No matter how long I wait my bills won’t show on app. I need to have a copy of my last bill but cannot view. Please advise as I have followed all instructions and just shows loading icon.

@2104jane , are you able to log in to your account via the website? You should see them there.

On the app, you should see them, by clicking on manage and then billing.

How long ago is it that you have joined EE? Is this a new contract?
