I had problems canceling my phone that I already paid for 2 years, there was a misunderstanding in the communication between me and the EE employee and then more bills came for me to pay. This is not correct. I tried to solve it over the phone yesterday and people didn't help me solve my problem. apparently they just canceled my account. I really need my number and internet back as soon as possible because I work using my phone. Yesterday I was given the option to cancel the previous account and the one that was going to close today in case I still had to pay. please help me to resolve this urgently. I can't even call EE anymore to talk to you. Thanks and please Help me
