Upgrade line with active discount

Hey All,

Long-shot, but wondered if anyone had any insight on the following...

Have a 'Second Line' which is an iPad Pro 12.9 5G which is due to end contract shortly. Was likely to 'Upgrade' to just a data SIM to bring the cost down moving forward. This line has a 10% additional line discount currently.

 

If I were to 'Upgrade' this to a Data SIM at end of contract, would this discount remain in place?

 

Also, it seems like it would be better to cancel this contract at end, then add an additional line again for data SIM at a 20% discount (currently showing for Additional Lines), instead of straight upgrading potentially retaining the 10% currently on this anyway.

 

Any thoughts?

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team or popping into your nearest store. They'll have access to your account and will be able to check the details of your plan and confirm everything for you.
