Hi all,
I would like to upgrade from an iPad contract to a iPhone contract, and I've been told that this should be possible.
The issue is that I can't do this myself online or through the app, as it only allows upgrades to another tablet, not a phone. I was advised to contact customer service so they could do the upgrade for me. However, I've not spoken to two different agents, and both said they can only apply a multi-line discount, not my Perk discount, because Perk discounts can only be added online by the customer.
I have tried explaining that I'm unable to complete the upgrade online due to system limitations, but neither agent was willing to help at all.
Is there any way around this?

@SammyxVine90 Give 30 days notice to terminate the tablet contract once termination has completed you can then take out a phone contract with the discount code.
