Had no network from 1st Sept UNTIL 14th where is compensation

Our mobiles had no network from the 1st until 14th September advised EE. Reported and advised on the 14th back on. Why no explanation! Compensation.

@EdieBingo   I think you want to read your contract T&Cs.      

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Informed at the time nothing they could do but add me to be advised when it was complete which they did on the 14th.

Hey there ring them up and talk to them maybe they will sort something for ya. But no one on here can help ya with compensation. Thanks
