Account has been closed for no reason, and because I no longer have service I can't ring 150 off my handset!
Someone please help! I've been with EE for at least 10 years! 😭

Why do you think your a/c is closed? It's probably just suspended until your payment is accepted.
Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
