Hey,
I recently had issues with my son purchasing roblox via the mobile contract and ended up with few hundred phone bill after alot of hassle, roblox agreed to refund the transactions to Google play, who have then said they would refund to the payment method.
My question is, once this refund has been issued by Google to EE, will the money be sent back to my bank account t or will they try add it as account credit off future bills and how long does it usually take to see the refund?
