@shayegun , once EE have received the payment, it can take 24 hours before your account is restored, so you would have to either ring customer service or wait until it has been resorted, which being the weekend, may not happen until Monday, depending when you paid your bill, but here in the forum, we have no account access, and no one will contact you from EE, it is up to you to contact them.
