Hello I took out game pass ultimate when I started my 24 month contract, i moved over to a different provider when my 2 years had finished in February but my game pass is still active, I have tried to cancel the subscription through the app but there is no option for me to do this, however much I do like a free game pass ultimate subscription, I don't want to be slapped with a bill of this in the future, could someone help me cancel this subscription?

Thanks for coming to our community.
It can take a bit longer sometimes for those to close down fully but don't worry, would wouldn't bill you for any extra time you have benefitted from.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for replying, I have tried to close the subscription through the app but obviously I no longer have a contract, and through the website but it will not let me, I thought it would cancel at the same time as my phone contract would cancel, I'm sure I read it would somewhere? I just wanted to make sure no surprise bills would be coming my way 😂
