Good evening,
Was just wondering if it’s a “me” problem or something’s changed.
Used to be possible to see an estimated bill on the app but it seems to have disappeared?
App is up to date and I’ve tried both BALANCE and BILL via SMS to 150 but no joy.
Thanks.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @MickMan2018
If you go into the app and then click on "view full usage" it shows what's incurred outside of your bill.
Thanks

What exactly do you receive when you text BALANCE or BILL to 150?

Hi all, apologies for the delay.
This is when I text BALANCE to 150:
Your current charges to go onto your next bill are £0.00 (this excludes line rental, VAT & any unprocessed charges). You have unlimited data. Your current allowances are: Unlimited UK minutes and Unlimited UK texts. Any allowances will refresh 24 Jul 2025. For a summary of your recent invoices and payments reply BILL.

And this is from texting BILL to 150:
Hi <Redacted> your mobile bill has been paid.
Payment for your most recent bill was taken on 25/06/2025 for the amount of £158.72.
Your next bill will be produced on 24 Jul 2025. We'll send you a text when it's ready to view.

I do check the app regularly to make sure there’s no unexpected charges (and have a zero spend cap) but just found the next estimated charge helpful.
Anyway, thanks for the replies, I appreciate it.

Hi @MickMan2018
The BALANCE to 150 text will be a quick way to see if you have any extra charges, but as @Northerner mentioned, you can also click on the 'view full usage' section in the EE app or when logged in on the website to see if there is anything due to go onto the next bill.
As you've got the spend cap at £0, it would stop many charges from being applied outside your allowance, but not all. There is more information on what still could be charged on our Set up and manage Spend Cap page.
