Friends and family only applying to one plan but not another?

Rather strange, what changes were made to friends and family discount? Former instore staff so it's meant to be on my account forever. I've selected contracts that are not flex pay, however on a S24 Ultra I only get my discount on the Full Works plan for £89 without discount. However, the discount does not apply on the £30 upfront, £79 monthly contract which is an All Rounder plan.

What makes it strange to me is I'm currently on an All Rounder plan with the discount applied... Was it changed so All Rounder plans no longer get the discount and only Full Works plans do?

@Suica  And does the 2nd line have show a  discount on it ?    

The F&F is only applicable to the main line not 2nd or 3rd lines on the account.   If this is different for former employees or current employees than you need to speak with customer services. 

Flex tariffs get a 30% discount and a standard tariff ie one bill for airtime and device is 10% discount.

There is no second line in this. I am referring only to my main line.

Standard tariff still gives me a 30% discount, but just on that one Full Works plan.
