I upgraded my SIM only plan and then got a message saying my 50% friends and family discount (my brother works for BT) had been cancelled... How do I get it back on my account?
I have a new code generated now as well, if that's required
I've tried 'message us' in the app but that app is a complete waste of time, its dreadful and never works, the message us part just constantly loads and never actually does anything.

If you contact the services team on 150 a EE guide should be able to request for the discount to be reapplied I recently upgraded and my F&F fell off & they got it reapplied within 24 hours.
