I’ve just had a huge final bill, months after leaving EE! Why would I have this when I paid my final bill months ago?

Welcome to the community,
Unfortunately, this is not customer service and there is no access to accounts, so you will have to ring customer service to get this resolved. Have you taken a look at your final bill why it is so high?
Did you terminate before your minimum term, by any chance, as you will have to pay whatever is left of the minimum term?
