I have received my final bill from EE and am confused about why I have extra charges
My EE contract ended on November 2nd and I ported over to a new provider on October 22nd.
My direct debit was taken in full on October 15th
My final bill has monthly usage of £24 credit but has £80 extra charges
What would these extra charges be?
I did also add a PS5 to my EE account over 24 months, which would end in January 25. Are the extra charges this contract being paid up?
Thanks in advance

Hi @begginton88
You'll need to speak to EE CS directly about this issue.
Thanks

Hi @begginton88
Welcome to the EE Community.
Any add-to-plan accessories you have on your number will also be terminated and remainder need to be paid in full on your final bill.
From what you have described it sounds like the charges are to cover the charges for your PS5 up to Jan.
It will show on your bill under the One-off charges section as "Remaining Add to plan charge"
