Final Bill Payment

I have been told the final bill amount and was wondering if EE let you pay off the final bill in instalments? Kind of like a payment plan

@misscarly99  No they don’t.  You pay in full as I presume you probably requested to terminate your contract early.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

how to I fine my bill payments to print off. I cant find them anywhere.

Hello @Buddyhurd

Welcome to the community. 

Your bills can be found within the Bills & Payments section of your My EE account. 

There should be a drop down under 'Your bill' which will allow you to choose later bills. 

Should you continue to scroll down you will see the option to download your bill this will then allow you to print your bill.

You would think so wouldn’t you. But no the billing / see bills/ your bill drop down menu magically vanishes.  Leaving those of us who need or want to see our final bill left in a limbo of “keep trying”.  Contacting ee is of no use either because neither love nor money will elicit a final bill virtual or physical from ee. While I hate to be a conspiracy theorist it’s starting to feel like ee punishing any customer for having the audacity to find their service so bad that we end up leaving.

You should automatically receive a final bill in the post shortly after your final billing date.

What is sent is a simple final amount with the suggestion that you can view the actual final bill on the website. However as I said previously account and billing options miraculously vanish leaving access impossible. Phoning ee has no effect because although the help line personnel can view my bill they cannot send out a complete copy. So sorry but no your response doesn’t really help any more than the website.
