I have been told the final bill amount and was wondering if EE let you pay off the final bill in instalments? Kind of like a payment plan

I was told that my final bill would be posted by now but it is well overdue. I cannot click the 'account and billing' tab and it dissapear and a new page comes up. the call wait times are 2 hours and there is no other method of communication. I need to show proof of my cancellation charge but it seem that having been a loyal customer for over 8 years this basic payment information is too much to ask.

Welcome to the EE Community.
I know you'll be eager to get your hands on your final bill. Are you having the same error when accessing your bills in the EE app and your main online account?
Have you also tried using a different web browser or device to see if this does the trick?
