Hello
i seen on my online banking a monthly payment of £58.30 was taken out…there has now been a following £29 taken out when there shouldn’t be.
I would also like to cancel my contract
please

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
You need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your mobile contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

@Shannon2022 , have you taken a look at your billing, whether there have been extra charges added to your account?
I would suggest first speaking to billing and they will be able to take a look at your account.
