Why can't I access a list of the calls/items which make up Extra Charges on my mobile bill without calling the customer care team? Should this breakdown not be routinely available as part of billing information?

When you log into your account are you able to see an option to download your bill, so you can view the full breakdown?

I have the same issue (although a smaller charge). Why can't we access a simple breakdown list of the extra charges without contacting the team? This doesn't seem like transparent billing information.
