Hi,
My bill has been debited from my account however the charge is around £100 more than normal. When I log into my account I can’t see anything to suggest that I’ve gone over my allowances. I mainly use my work phone these days too, so I use this phone very little. Please can you advise how I can find out what this charge is for?

You can view & download bill breakdowns via your myEE online account. The bill should show all charges.
