Extra Charges

Evening. I have had extra charges for late payments. One I can understand but October & November charges added when I have paid on time. Getting a little tired of this especially when all of my services are stopped. Who do I need to contract?

@Londonirish17   You only get late payment charges if you are late in paying.     When is the bill produced?  As you then have 7 days to pay it.    (You can setup an text/email if you haven’t already done this, so you know when you are billed ? And you pay pro rata ie for the month ahead you don’t pay in arrears.
