Error on sim only upgrade

Upgraded sim only contract and selection was for rolling monthly contract which I selected but came through as a 24 month contract. How can I rectify this. Email has been received with order number but it is not being accepted online. Thanks

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
