Ending my contract

Hi. My contract is due to end on 30th March. I like my phone and font need to upgrade. I’d like a deal with.  8GB . I have found one elsewhere for £9 a month. How do I go about cancelling my account with EE?

@EmmaS1985  You call customer services and give 30 days notice of termination.

If you want to keep your number you can just text PAC 65075  you then give that code to the new network and this will terminate your contract with EE so you don’t have to call customer services at all.
