My contract ends on the 19/09/2023. i will not be continuing with you do i just stop my direct debit.

I am sorry to hear you are looking to leave.
To place your cancellation notice please give our customer care team a call on 150.
Stopping your direct debit will not cancel your contract and you will continue to be billed.

You need to give 30 days notice. Hence it will not terminate until at least 11/10/23.
