Hi I have 2 phones on my account and both are out of contract, the one is about 10 months, the other 6 month.
during the period that the phones were out of contact , should EE have dropped my monthly payment down to just the airtime packages that we have ?
what do people think ?
Have EE got a response to this enquiry?

@Dave0107 : EE's traditional contracts have no concept of paying off the handset. You agreed to pay the same price for the full duration of the total bundled contract. There may however be a 10% discount 3 months after the end of min. term. You may always choose to upgrade your contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 45 days of your contract term.
