My contract expired 17th January 2024 I upgraded to a SIM only plan but haven't received any correspondence regarding this and my bill is still showing the old contract figures. Will this update soon?

@WDL1968 if the 17th of January was your minimum term date and you upgraded and it hasn’t happened then you need to call customer services.
