I changed the email address I use on My EE account settings almost a month ago and the change confirmation was sent to the new email address. However today I have received an email from EE informing me that my mobile price plan is changing, and it was sent to my old email address. I will shortly be losing access to this old email address as I am changing Internet provider. Why is it not using the new address I have updated in the My EE Account Settings, Your Profile page?

Welcome to the community.
I'm not sure why that is. It may be worth having a chat with our customer service team so that they can check your profile with us. It could be that the email address hasn't been updated in the background somewhere.
