I have been complaining about this issue since october 2022 and each time I called different people answer the call.
This problem started when I called to add a number to my already 4 numbers on my account.
What I then received in the post was 5 new sim cards, immediatelly I knew something was not right so I called, I explained to the agent who then transfered me, upon speaking to the agent , I got apolopy and that my original contract will be restore.
Nothing change since then and every time I make a call i keep getting difeerent information even though i make myself clear.
The worst thing to happen was these agent close my case.
I needmy old contract restore as i never ask for an upgrade or new contract.
I have made several complain I think i should contact the ofcom now.
I will be a claim as to the times i have spent contacting EE since october 2022.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
Is your contract still not changed back to the original one?
Have you been told why you received five SIM cards?

The best way to get this sorted would be to contact our Customer Care team again.
I know you've done this already, you can ask them to leave a case open until you're satisfied with the outcome.
