Eligible for upgrade but says I am not

Hi I am eligible for an upgrade but online it says I'm not, I did get a PAC code a week ago as I was going to switch to 02 but decided to stay however now its saying I can't upgrade my phone/plan. Can't get through on the phone - any suggestions? have cleared cookies, tried different browsers etc

@nyreetrimbel  Because you asked for a PAC code you have given the intention of leaving EE.  Your PAC code will expire after 30 days giving you the option to upgrade.    If you can not wait this long you will have to be patient when calling customer services to upgrade over the phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
